The Lower Marsh Regeneration Project is being managed through an innovative partnership approach, through a client group of local stakeholders.

The group is chaired by Lambeth Council and includes the following members:

• Network Rail
• P&O Developments
• Park Plaza
• South Bank Employers' Group
• Transport for London
• Waterloo Community Development Group
• Waterloo Quarter BID

South Bank Employers' Group is managing the design team process; stakeholder consultation is being delivered by Waterloo Quarter BID.
