Apply, renew and pay for a garden waste permit and bags
There are several ways to apply and pay for our garden waste service.
Renew your subscription for the collection of two reusable bags
The quickest way to renew your subscription for collection of two reusable garden waste bags is by registering and paying online. Simply click on the link below and select the 'Other Payments and Garden Waste' option. You will need to use your reference number included in your subscription renewal letter. If you do not have your reference number please call 020 7926 0489.
You can also pay by post, in person or by contacting the Service Centre, see details below.
New customers or to renew your subscription for the collection of three or more bags
If you are a new customer or you would like to have more than two bags collected or you need to buy additional bags, you can pay by post, in person, or by contacting the Service Centre.
How you can pay
By Post: Send your cheque to: Service Team House, 185-205 Shakespeare Road, SE24 0PZ. Cheques must be payable to London Borough of Lambeth. Don't forget to let us know:
- your address
- your contact details (a daytime telephone number, email address)
- the number of permits you would like
- whether you need to buy any more reusable green bags
- whether you would like to buy any degradable sacks.
Come in person to Service Team House, 185-205 Shakespeare Road, SE24 0PZ between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
You can pay by cash, cheque or card and we will give you your permits and reusable garden waste bags. Please be aware if you pay by cash we will only accept the exact amount.
Call us at the Service Centre on 020 7926 0489 between 9am and 5pm. The Service Centre accepts card payments.
Refunds
Once you have paid for your permits we cannot offer a refund.
