Book and pay for a bulky waste collection
To arrange and pay for a collection you can email, post a cheque, call us or come in person.
Email streetcarecallcentre@lambeth.gov.uk. If you email we will call you back to arrange payment and to answer any queries you may have. To cancel your collection you will need to call the Service Centre on the number below.
Post a cheque for the correct amount to Service Team House, 185-205 Shakespeare Road, SE24 0PZ. Please make cheques payable to London Borough of Lambeth.
If you email or post a cheque to us, please let us know:
- your name
- your address
- your daytime telephone number
- a list of the items you would like collecting.
Call us at the Service Centre on 020 7926 9000 between 9am and 5pm. The Service Centre accepts card payments.
Come in person to Service Team House, 185-205 Shakespeare Road, SE24 0PZ between 9am and 4.30pm. You can pay by cash, card or cheque - please be aware that if you pay by cash we will need the exact amount.
Cancellation
To cancel your collection call the Lambeth Service Centre on 020 7926 9000 between 9am and 5pm.
Refunds
If you give us 48 hours notice before your collection is due we can offer you a refund.
