Recycling for charities, community and voluntary groups
If you are a registered charity, community or voluntary group in Lambeth and would like to start recycling, we can provide you with discounted recycling services.
You can recycle the following items:
- All paper and cardboard: including newspapers and magazines, directories, brochures, catalogues and cardboard boxes (please flatten)
- Glass bottles and jars: bottles of any colour and food jars (please rinse and remove lids) - no broken glass please
- Food and drink cartons, tins and cans: all drinks cans, food tins, cartons (please rinse and flatten) and aerosols
- Plastic: all drink and other bottles, food pots, tubs and trays (please rinse)

Work and Play Scrapstore
Community groups can access a wide range of interesting, unusual and useful materials for art, educational, creative and play activities at the Work and Play Scrapstore in Wandsworth.
The scrapstore collects clean, reusable, surplus materials from local industries and makes them available to members. For more information, visit the Work and Play Scrapstore website.
