CYPSP Board (Members Only)
Chairs:
- Councillor Paul McGlone – Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, London Borough of Lambeth
- Caroline Hewitt (Vice Chair) – Chair, Lambeth Primary Care Trust.
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
- To set the strategic direction for the Children and Young People's Strategic Partnership
- To agree the priorities of Children and Young People's Plan, Local Area Agreement and Sustainable Community Strategy
- To act as the CYPSP theme partnership board for the Local Strategic Partnership
- To monitor service delivery and outcomes of children and young people
- To act as the accountable body in relation to the CYPSP Executive Delivery Group
CYPSP Executive Delivery Group (Members Only)
Chair:
- Phyllis Dunipace – Executive Director, Lambeth Children and Young People's Service
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
- Responsible for financial and operational issues relating to improving outcomes for children and young people and make decisions in relations to service delivery for children and young people
- Accountable for the delivery of the Children and Young People's Plan, Local Area Agreement and Sustainable Community Strategy
- To act as the CYPSP Delivery Group, be accountable and report to the CYPSP Strategic Partnership Board
- Responsible for the performance and monitoring of the CYPSP
CYPSP Integration of Service Delivery Sub-group (Members Only)
Chairs:
- Sandra Morrison – Divisional Director, Change Management and Team Around the Child, Lambeth Children and Young People's Service.
- Angela Dawe – Director, Primary Care and Community Services, Lambeth Primary Care Trust.
Frequency:
Monthly.
Purpose:
To lead the integration of service delivery and other processes that will improve outcomes for children and young people in Lambeth.
CYPSP Workforce Development Sub-group (Members Only)
Chairs:
- John Readman – Divisional Director, Community Learning, Lambeth Children and Young People's Service.
- Una Dalton – Director, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs, Lambeth Primary Care Trust
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
To provide overall leadership, strategic direction and co-ordination of workforce development activities and initiatives to address both the national and local agenda for children's workforce.
CYPSP Strategic Commissioning Sub-group (Members Only)
Chairs:
- Doreen Redwood – Divisional Director, Commissioning and Performance, Lambeth Children and Young People's Service.
- Susanna Masters / Sarah Cottingham – Joint Directors, Service Strategy and Commissioning, Lambeth Primary Care Trust.
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
To provide overall leadership and coordination of joint commissioning activity for children and young people.
CYPSP Parents Forum
Chair:
Denise Downie-Campbell – Lambeth Parent Advocate, Lambeth Children and Young People's Service.
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
Open to parents and carers in order to act as a focus group; provide access to senior managers; improve access to the full range of Lambeth services; provide an opportunity for parents to network; pull parents groups together; allow parental viewpoints to be heard and acted upon; promote self-help groups for parents and carers.

CYPSP Voluntary and Community Sector Forum
Chair:
Jackie Nunns – CEO, Kids City
Frequency:
Bi-monthly.
Purpose:
Open to the voluntary and community sector (VCS) in Lambeth, its purpose is to achieve two-way communication between the VCS and the CYPSP; to act as a consultative body for the CYPSP; to build capacity within the VCS and to facilitate training and networking through the VCS.

CYPSP Assembly
Frequency:
Quarterly.
Purpose:
Open to all professionals across the partnership that work with children and young people, its purpose is to provide feedback on policies and plans as they are developed across the partnership. Participants are encouraged to offer innovative solutions based on their knowledge and experience of service delivery.
