If you feel that you or a member of your family may need help with drug-related problems, you can contact any of the organisations listed below.
Some of the organisations can help you directly. Others can help you by referring you to adults' and community services for an assessment for other services.
If you are already in contact with us or with a hospital, you can ask staff to contact the substance misuse team on your behalf. You can also ask your GP to do this for you.
CDP is one of London’s longest running drug treatment services and has been providing direct services for almost 40 years.

SMART is the Streatham Mainliners Assessment Referral Team, a direct-access service for people with drug related issues in the South Lambeth area of London.
They provide a range of services including information and advice on harm reduction, safer sex practices, safer injecting and HIV/HCV prevention and relapse prevention.

Stockwell Project provides a direct access service for drug users. They offer advice, support and social work services to the community and particularly to clients who are over 18 and have a severe and enduring dependence.
