Health and wellbeing partnership
The Health and Wellbeing Partnership talks about improving health, wellbeing and social care services for the people of Lambeth.
The partnership (fomerly known as the Health and Social Care Partnership) first met in November 2003 and now meets four times a year. Meetings are usually held at Lambeth Town Hall or the primary care trust headquarters at 1 Lower Marsh, near Waterloo Station.
Members of the partnership represent Lambeth Adults' and Community Services, Lambeth Primary Care Trust, hospitals that are used by Lambeth residents and voluntary sector organisations.
Anyone with an interest in health and social care issues is welcome to attend.
The Health and Wellbeing Partnership is supported by an executive, which meets before and after each full partnership meeting.
