Housing and planning
Our housing and planning services range from: helping people to find homes, providing assistance to homeless families, advising landlords and tenants in the private sector to dealing with planning applications, enforcement, conservation and urban design.
Through Lambeth Living and United Residents Housing we manage 36,000 council homes including more than 10,000 leasehold properties.

Council housing rent rise 2010-11
Council housing rents are set to rise this year by an average of £2.60 a week. The rent level has been set in line with Government guidelines and still means that Lambeth's rents are well below the highest council rents in London.
