Repairs and Right to Buy

If you are in the process of buying your home, we will only do essential repairs. If you have already bought the freehold of your home under the right to buy scheme, we do not have to carry out any repairs to your property.

If you have bought the leasehold of your property and we still own the freehold:

• You will normally be responsible for all repairs to the inside of your property.
• we will do all repairs to the outside of the building and to common areas. We will then claim back the cost of these repairs through a service charge.
