Ashmole Estate stock transfer
Lambeth Council has pledged to continue working with residents to find much-needed investment for homes on the Ashmole estate, following the outcome of the housing transfer ballot.
Tenants have voted against proposals to transfer the ownership of their homes to registered social landlords.
The council will continue to discuss and explore with tenants and leaseholders how their homes will get the investment needed to meet the decent homes standard in the longer term.

Total number of eligible secure tenants: 461
Total number of votes received: 322
Participation rate: 69.8%
Spoilt ballots: 2
Total number of valid votes counted: 320
Number voting yes 150 (46.9%)
Number voting no 170 (53.1%)
