Advice on housing options

The Housing Options and Advice centre provides help and advice to Lambeth residents on a range of housing issues. These include finding somewhere to live in Lambeth and problems with your existing living arrangements.

Dedicated housing advisers can help you explore the different options for finding a home that are available to resolve your housing issues.

Who is the service for

Free advice is available to:

• long leaseholders/ owner occupiers 
• private sector tenants 
• housing associations tenants 
• people living with friends or family 
• homeless people.

Making an appointment with an advisor

It is necessary to make an appointment to discuss your housing needs with a housing adviser. However if your problem is urgent, we will try to see you without an appointment – though you will have to wait for a vacant slot.
