Homebuy scheme

The Homebuy scheme is run on behalf of the council by Tower Homes, and enables Lambeth tenants to apply for an equity loan (25% of the purchase price) to help you buy a home of your own on the open market. The number of people we can help is determined by how much the government gives the council each year. So that the best possible value can be made of the government grant, priority will be given to those people who need larger properties e.g. three or more bedrooms.
