Day centres for the homeless

If you are having difficulty managing your current home, or have nowhere to live, many of these day centres offer cheap or free food, clothing, blankets and showers, as well as other support and advice services.

The centres often have good links with homeless hostels and specialist housing providers they might be able to refer you to. Many have drug workers, counsellors and Primary Health Care (PHC) GPs or nurses who you can see you without an appointment.

Day centres provide services for rough sleepers and should not be used for general housing advice. If you require general housing advice, please make an appointment with our Housing Options and Advice Centre.
