Street Outreach Response Team (SORT)

If you, or someone you know, are sleeping rough, street outreach teams can provide help.

SORT can help you to access accommodation and give information and advice about other support services, for example, day centres and health care.

Outreach teams work with all ages and people who have many different types of support need, including alcohol, substance misuse, mental health and physical health issues.
