Can my friends stay overnight?

We list the people who are authorised to live with you on your licence agreement. You must not ask anyone else to live with you. Please speak to your hostel officer if in doubt.

 

How do I get repairs carried out?

You must report repairs to your hostel officer.

 

Can I spend weekends with friends/family?

If you are going to be away for the weekend then it is important that you let the hostel staff know.

 

 

 

How do I lodge a complaint against staff/residents?

If you wish to make a complaint please speak to the Hostel Manager in charge of your Hostel.
