Street Outreach Response team (SORT)
If you, or someone you know, are sleeping rough, Street Outreach Response teams (SORT) can provide help.
SORT can access your accommodation and give information and advice about other support services available, for example, day centres and health care.
SORT work with all ages and people who have many different types of support needs, including alcohol, substance misuse, mental health and physical health issues.
