We offer advice and support to help you to keep your home from preventing homelessness, mortgage support, mediation services, private sector advice to helping clients of domestic violence to stay in their home.
Most homelessness is preventable, but only if you act as early as possible before the situation gets worse. We can help you to keep your home or find safe and secure accommodation that is right for you.
If you are affected by domestic violence but would like to remain in your home, we can offer you support to do so.
Our Private Sector Advice team work within the Housing Options and Advice Service to prevent homelessness by giving advice and intervention.
If you are staying with friends or relatives and have been asked to leave, or if you have been asked to leave by your partner, mediation might help you resolve the problem or at least help prevent your immediate homelessness while alternative arrangements are made.
