Local land charges - personal search

The cost of the personal search is £11.00. This can be obtained by sending a fax or email to us before 14:00 hrs Monday to Friday. You can also submit your personal search requests online.

How long will the search take?

Applications received by email or fax will be processed and be ready for collection the next working day between 10:30 am. to 2 pm. only.
