A certificate of ownership (and in some cases, a notice) needs to be completed when applying for planning permission. Which certificate and/or notice you should complete depends on your circumstances.
The most commonly used certificates and notices are included within the forms where relevant; however, in some cases you may require certificates C and D/notices 1 and 2.
