Advice on submitting a valid application

Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)

We are seeking your views on the introduction of a new charge on development - the Lambeth Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). This is a new charge which allows the council to raise funds from developers undertaking new building projects. The first stage of consultation closes on 9 November 2012.
