Planning applications database
The planning applications database, formerly known as 'public access', allows you to view details of planning applications online, see lists of applications received and decided each week, check for property constraints, and view some of the documents associated with recent planning applications.
You can also submit comments on applications currently under consideration. Please note that when commenting on planning applications your reply, including your name and comments, will be available for inspection by the applicant and the public at the council's offices. When commenting on applications, you must supply your name and address as Lambeth Council will not consider comments submitted anonymously.
By clicking on the link to the planning applications database, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the disclaimer, copyright and other limitations outlined below.
If you have a problem using this database please contact Lambeth Planning by email: tpac@lambeth.gov.uk or call 020 7926 1180.
Disclaimer
At present, the data that the site draws on is incomplete, so the planning applications database must not be used as a substitute for carrying out a formal 'local land charge search'. The database includes details of applications dating back to 1986.
No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained from the planning applications database. Similarly, the information in the planning applications database does not in any way constitute a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
We aim to display the most up to date plans associated with the planning application, however occasionally an application may be revised after negotiations between the applicant and ourselves. This may sometimes mean that the drawings shown on the web are not the latest we have received.
Privacy
If you are an applicant and have any concerns about any of the information that we display through the planning applications database, please contact us using the details on this page. We will review your concerns against our policies and take appropriate action.
Copyright
Plans, drawings and material submitted to the council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
