Planning Obligations Section 106 Toolkit
This non-statutory Planning Obligations S106 Toolkit can be used to calculate a baseline requirement for planning obligations.
As the toolkit only calculates the tariff based financial obligations it is important for applicants to consult the Supplementary Planning Document to determine what else is likely to be required.
