On 6 August 2007, Lambeth Council adopted the new Unitary Development Plan. The adopted plan will form part of the development plan for the area of the London Borough of Lambeth. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area.

The adopted plan will be available for inspection at the Lambeth Town Planning Advice Centre (TPAC), Phoenix House, 10 Wandsworth Road, London, SW8 2LL (between 9.30am to 4.30pm weekdays) and (during usual opening hours) at libraries across the borough.
