Examination of the LDF Core Strategy
Lambeth Council submitted the LDF Core Strategy to the government for examination by an independent Planning Inspector on Friday 26 March 2010. Inspector Sue Turner RIBA MRTPI IHBC BARCH MSC has been appointed by the Planning Inspectorate to conduct the examination and determine whether the Core Strategy is sound.
The examination will involve a public hearing after which the Inspector will produce a report that will be binding on the council.
The pre hearing meeting took place at 10am on Thursday 1 July 2010 and the first day of the examination hearing will be Tuesday 14 September 2010.
The venue for the examination hearing will be the King George's Conference Centre, Stockwell YMCA, Stockwell Road.
