Mary Seacole House, 81-91 Clapham High Street, once occupied by the council’s Social Services department, has been designated surplus to council requirements and is being put forward for disposal.

The development of this site is part of the council’s Revitalise programme to regenerate the borough. The programme aims to deliver significant investment in Lambeth education and leisure, large-scale development of the town centres and more accessible, high-quality council service provision.
