Unitary Development Plan and EU Directive on Strategic Environmental Assessment
Following on from the Public Local Inquiry there will be an Inspector's Report (expected in February 2006), Modifications Consultation and Adoption of the Replacement UDP (scheduled for late 2006).
Lambeth Council has decided against undertaking a Strategic Environmental Assessment of the Replacement UDP as it has concluded that this would not be feasible. The decision was made by the council's Executive on 16 January 2006. A copy of the report and the minutes are available for download below.
