Pre-Inquiry Changes

The Pre-Inquiry Changes to the Replacement UDP were reported to Executive on 10 January 2005. The Executive Report can be viewed here, as can the minutes.

The Pre-Inquiry Changes were confirmed by the Full Council on 23 February 2005.

The Council also prepared Appendix 2 to the Executive Report, which consists of all the representations received to the Revised Deposit Draft of the Replacement UDP and the council's response to them.

The council has also prepared Appendix 1 to the Executive Report, which comprises representations received to the Deposit Draft of the Replacement UDP and the council's response to them, which were not included in the document called Representations and Council Responses to the Deposit UDP.
