Public Local Inquiry
For the inquiry the Council has produced a Statement of Consultation and Publicity (CD 01.01) and the following topic papers:
The purpose of the topic paper is to set out the statutory context, the policy background and the Council's general reasoning behind the policies.
It also provides a summary of the objections made to the section and forms the Council's general response to objections as well as setting out the main issues to be considered at the public inquiry. Detailed responses to individual objections on each policy are dealt with in the rebuttal proofs.
