Pre-application advice
We offer a formal process for requests for advice related to all types of developments. A fee applies to the provision of this service and additional fees apply to any follow up meetings requested.

Please Note: All prices quoted in the guidance notes are net and subject to the application of V.A.T. at the standard current rate.

Formats Explained
Documents on the Lambeth website will be in Adobe PDF format or Microsoft Office
formats such as Word or Excel. These formats determine what software you will
need on you computer in order to be able to read them. This software is free
and can be downloaded using the links below.
Adobe Reader (for files in PDF format)
Microsoft Office Viewers (for viewing files in Microsoft Word or Excel format)
