Pre-application advice for major planning developments
We offer a formal process for requests for advice related to major developments. From 2 January 2008 a fee applies to the provision of this service. The standard charge for major pre-application advice is £1,475 (including VAT)
When using this service you should complete the major development pre-application advice service form, which you can view or download below. Submit it, together with the documentation outlined on the form, to:
