Remedial works - Tulse Hill
The owner of the property installed uPVC windows in the front elevation of the new building despite the planning permission for the erection of the building stating that the windows should be timber sashes.
Following successful negotiations with the owner of the property, the uPVC windows were removed and replaced with timber sash windows.
