Private Sector Housing Unit (PSHU)

Our Private Sector Housing Unit (PSHU) provides help and support to homeowners, landlords and tenants living in private housing.

The PSHU consists of three teams:

• Home Improvement Agency
• Private Sector Housing Environmental Health Team
• Empty Property Service

We do not deal with issues relating to council owned property and have limited involvement with Housing Association owned property.
