Lambeth spent 2006 piloting an outcomes-based approach to Supporting People with the help of Triangle Consulting and colleagues in Lewisham and Southwark SP Teams.

This work was supported and funded by the London Housing Foundation. The pilot ran alongside a working group set up by CLG (that Lambeth and Triangle were also both members of) and was found to be beneficial in testing some of the working assumptions of the working group and adding value and a body of recent experience to the CLG work on a national outcomes framework.
