Move-on Referral Form
In order to be eligible for move on through the access quota, or rent deposit schemes, nominees must be single and ready for independent living.
Both schemes can be accessed by completing the move-on referral form, accompanied by up to date support plan (clearly demonstrating the clients ability to live independently). In addition applicants for the access quota must also attach a completed and signed housing register application (if they are not currently on our housing register).
