Lambeth Tenancy Support Services
Who is eligible?
Tenancy Support Services offer people living in Lambeth with advice and assistance to help them live independently in the community. Anyone over the age of 16 with a housing or tenancy related issue can be assessed for support from one of Lambeth Council's 10 tenancy support services.
Tenancy Support Services can be provided in people's own homes and clients will be offered an individual support plan designed to meet their specific needs. Staff will visit for an agreed number of visits, for as long as a client needs it. If an individual's needs change, the level of support can be altered and, when a client is ready to manage on their own, the support can be reduced and eventually "floated off" to provide assistance to another client.
