Regional Champions resource - Lambeth governance

Lambeth has spent much of 2007 disseminating the good practice that led to the Supporting People team being given the Regional Champions for Governance award by CLG. Available below are some of the key documents and charts that are most commonly requested by other local authorities.

Governance structure

Lambeth's Supporting People and Local Area Agreement (LAA) governance arrangements are set out in the commissioning governance arrangements structure chart.

Lambeth presentation

Officers from within the Supporting People team and the Local Strategic Partnership have been promoting Lambeth's approach across the country at various conferences and events, see the latest presentation.

KPI2 business case

Lambeth’s Supporting People team successfully argued for the KPI2 performance indicator to be included as one of 11 stretch targets in our third round LAA. This business case has been agreed by both Government Office for London and Communities and Local Government (CLG).

If successful in meeting the agreed performance, a reward grant of £1.2 million is payable. This is commensurate with the level of savings we know we will make in achieving this stretch target. Other Local Authorities are welcome to use/ adapt this business case.
