Adults' and Community Services careers
Lambeth Council's Adults' and Community Services department provides some of the council's most essential services such as social care and fantastic public services like our parks, libraries and sports facilities.
We are a good performing and innovative department. We are leading the way on personalising our services to meet our service users’ needs more effectively and consistently receive external recognition for our achievements, such as reducing crime consistently for the last six years.
Across the department we work closely with our partners in the borough like Lambeth PCT, the Police and South London and Maudsley NHS trust. We also play a key role within the council in engaging with our diverse communities and third sector organisations.
It is an exciting time to join the Adults' and Community Services department as we are building on our successful foundations and aiming high to improve the quality of life for our residents – you could play an essential part in helping us to achieve that goal.
