Gain helps people who have been out of work for a long time find their way into employment. Gain advisers will help you find the route that suits you best whether that is training, volunteering or employment. Gain has a specialist adviser who works with lone parents to provide support and assistance. They run confidence boosting courses to help you get a job, and provide ongoing support once you get work. They offer:

- support with interview preparation
- work experience placements
- financial support for training courses

Lambeth Aftercare Team
Lambeth Aftercare Team supports Lambeth residents who are in stable drug or alcohol recovery to live independently and move towards work and training. ACT - the Aftercare Team - is a partnership between Lambeth Social Services and Lambeth Drugs and Alcohol Team.

TBG Learning Lambeth offers a range of training courses to residents in Lambeth and work in partnership with Lambeth College and Learndirect to provide quality learning. They also provide specialised support to people who have been out of work for a long time and those who have recently been made redundant.
