For artists and community groups, empty shops can provide an excellent opportunity to gain access to spaces and locations that would otherwise not be available or affordable.

• Lambeth Council are working with the Space Makers Agency and London and Associated Properties PLC (LAP) - to fill the empty shop units in Brixton Village indoor market with exciting temporary and permanent projects.
