Clapham Library - New library now open

Clapham LibraryThe new Clapham Library opened its doors to the public at 1pm on Monday 2 July 2012.

The new library is situated at the Mary Seacole Centre, 91 Clapham High Street, SW4 7DB. It is a fantastic building with more books, computers, Wi-Fi and rooms for hire. 

Clapham Library offers books, DVDs and CDs for loan, a reference and information service, and free use of computers for Internet, Wi-Fi, email and word-processing and rooms for hire. The Library also holds a small collection of books in French, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish.

We also have online resources and services for you to use either in the library or from your home.

Clapham Library is open:

  • Monday - 1 to 8pm
  • Tuesday - 10am to 6pm
  • Wednesday - 10am to 8pm
  • Thursday - 10am to 8pm
  • Friday - 10am to 6pm
  • Saturday - 9am to 5pm
  • Sunday - 1 to 5pm
