Mobile library and home visit service

Using a mobile library has never been easier...

• You can borrow up to 15 items (2 when you join for the first time)
• You can use the computer for information on a wide range of topics
• You can reserve books for free
• The library is on the road 6 days a week offering more evenings and all day Saturday so that it’s more convenient for you.
• There is a library stop within half a mile of every home in Lambeth.
• The signs at each stop will give you the day and time of the mobile’s visit so you know exactly when we are coming.

Home visits

We also offer a home visit service if you are unable to get to the library due to age, illness or disability. We also visit residential homes with collections of books and cassettes for residents.
