Streatham Library
Streatham Library is on the High Road, right in the heart of the town centre. It offers books, DVDs, videos and CDs for loan, a reference and information service, and free use of computers for Internet, email and word-processing.
The Library also holds a small collection of books in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, Gujerati Polish, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Turkish and Urdu.
Essential works at Streatham Library
Due to health and safety works to be carried out at Streatham, the library will be operating on a reduced staffing level.
This will have an impact on what the library can provide to its customers.
The reservation service will be affected and our customers will be referred to an alternative collection site for all new reservations.
Item request will also be affected, as a proportion of the stock is inaccessible.
We hope to have the library fully functioning shortly and apologise for any inconvenience caused to our valued customers.
