Waterloo Library
Waterloo Library is situated in Lower Marsh, right next to the market, in a building shared with the job shop. It offers books, DVDs and CDs for loan, a reference and information service, and free use of computers for internet, email and word-processing and free use of Wi-Fi.
The library also holds a small collection of books in Bengali.
