We are committed to the provision and development of sport and recreation in Lambeth.
There are four leisure centres, a community sports centre and a Lido in the borough, plus facilities for a wide range of sports in our parks and green spaces.

The Us Girls programme is funded by Sport England and is aimed at getting young women aged 16 to 25 years more active and involved in sport and physical activity.
The Balfour Beatty London Youth Games gives young people in Lambeth the chance to try out for a place in a team and represent their borough.
Over 30 sports are represented, ranging from archery to weightlifting.

Professional footballer Jason Roberts sponsors specific primary school football leagues across England. The purpose is to encourage players male and female to learn the game in a positive enivronment and get fit in a fun atmosphere. Lambeth has run this league in partnership with Hillmead Primary School for the past 4 years, with over 20 teams taking part over each 10 week period.

The Children and Young Peoples' PE, Sport and Physical Activity Partnership recently launched Lambeth's first PE, Sport and Physical Activity Framework for Children and Young People which will provide a strategic approach to the delivery of the new national ambition of five hours of sport for children and young people per week.
