Gifted and talented scheme

The Lambeth Gifted and Talented Programme in partnership with GLL can help young athletes bridge the difficult leap from regional to national level as they start to become ready for senior competition, by providing invaluable financial and training support.

We want to ensure that our support reaches across all of our sporting communities, please forward this opportunity for support to all your athletes / contacts and partners.

Together we will support the next generation of sporting athletes to develop and achieve their sporting dreams.

Eligibility criteria

The applicant must adhere to the following:

a. Live in Lambeth

b. Educated (school, college, university)

c. Affiliated to a sports club/training base within the  Borough

Where a Borough / District athlete talent scheme operates the GLL Sport Foundation will work in partnership and awards and award terms and conditions will be aligned to the partnership agreement.

How are grants assessed?

An independent panel made up of community sports team members and partners from the Lambeth CSPAN will assess applications.
