Sports clubs, events and training

In Lambeth, there are lots of great sports clubs and programmes for you to take part in. We also run summer sports camps and take part in the London Youth Games.

If you want to promote or deliver sports, we run courses on coaching and capacity building and provide guidance on sports grants and funding.

Brockwell Parkrun

Parkrun is a timed 5km run, jog or walk that takes place every Saturday at 9am in Brockwell Park.

Parkrun are looking for volunteers to help with setting up the course, manage the run, time and register the runners.

You will not be required to volunteer every Saturday and a shift rotation will be provided.

Activate Festival of Sport

The Activate Sports Festival will be showcased within the Lambeth Country Show for the 2011 event. This free festival is your opportunity to 'have a go' at over 25 Olympic and Paralympic sports including tennis, rowing, cycling, martial arts and athletics.
