Parking controls are essential to ensure traffic flow is maintained and the limited road space is used effectively to meet the diverse needs of our residents, businesses and other road users.
Civil Enforcement Officers patrol the Borough and are responsible for enforcing parking controls. They are also available to help members of the public when required.
To help support small businesses across the borough in the run up to Christmas and in support of the Small Business Saturday event to be held in Norwood and Streatham, free pay by phone parking will be available across the borough in pay and display bays and shared use bays (not including suspended bays).
- To qualify for free parking you must register with PayByPhone and enter the location number that can be found on the PayByPhone sticker located on the nearest ticket machine.
