Resident, motorcycle and visitor parking permits application form
Applicants can only apply for a permit if they live in the zone
within the London Borough of Lambeth for which the permit is valid.
To protect the interests of genuine applicants, the council has drawn up a criteria for eligibility for the issue of permits. These criteria are outlined on the form, and must be met for every application.
