My Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
We use Civil Enforcement Officers (formerly known as Parking Attendants), CCTV cameras and smart cars to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) for: parking, moving traffic and bus lane contraventions.
If you receive a PCN you are required to pay a penalty charge for contravening the regulations. This will not result in a criminal record or points on your licence.
