My Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
We issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for parking, moving traffic and bus lane contraventions.
A PCN is a ticket that is issued by us for parking, moving traffic and bus lane contraventions.
We use Civil Enforcement Officers (formerly known as Parking Attendants), CCTV cameras and smart cars to issue PCNs.
If you receive a PCN you are required to pay a penalty charge for contravening the regulations. This will not result in a criminal record or points on your licence.
