What do I do if I have received a PCN for someone that does not live at my address?

Mark the unopened envelope 'Addressee unknown', and return to us.

If you have opened the PCN, send us a letter stating the person does not live at the address. Include the PCN and documentary evidence, such as a Council Tax bill, tenancy agreement, or credit or bank statement, confirming who you are and your address.
