You can pay your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) online, by telephone, by post or in person at one of our customer centres.

You cannot pay your PCN notice online if:

By post
You can post a cheque or postal order made payable to 'London Borough of Lambeth' with your penalty charge number (the number beginning with 'LH') written on the reverse to:

Bailiff cases
Payments for any PCN which has been passed to one of our bailiffs must be paid directly to the bailiff company only. We are unable to take any payments or discuss your case. Please contact the bailiff company directly if you have any questions relating to your PCN.
