Footage is available for PCNs issued by CCTV and still photos for those issued on the street by one of our Civil Enforcement Officers. For more information see
Please note some moving traffic PCNs are currently not available. If this is the case, you can book an appointment to view the footage of the alleged contravention - please call us on 020 7926 9000.
To book a viewing you must be, or have written permission from, the registered keeper of the vehicle.
IT system maintenance
You may experience a problem whilst using our online services this weekend Sunday 15 April 2012, as our IT System is being maintained and should be back to full working order by Monday 16 April 2012.
